Begin with the free Workforce Mobility Assessment. Describe your workforce, sites, operational pressures and priorities.
Your free Decision Brief identifies your declared position, evidence gaps and potential next decisions. The measured baseline comes later.
Together, we agree objectives, boundaries, deliverables and price for Baseline and Readiness, your first paid engagement.
After engagement, the confidential Stage Two Assessment captures organisational and site details, reporting context and survey deployment requirements.
Employees describe their usual commute and travel modes. Their responses complement organisational records to inform the baseline.
Your Baseline and Readiness Report brings together current operations, commuting emissions, evidence coverage and practical intervention opportunities.
Findings, assumptions and limitations remain distinct, helping you decide where to invest and what needs further investigation.
Before any pilot, we define the intervention, participants, baseline and success measures. You can proceed, refine, defer or stop.
The twelve-week pilot puts the intervention into operation and collects evidence against the agreed baseline.
The FlowE application allows employees to sign in, connect to their workplace programme and access the relevant functions.
For approved shared mobility, drivers offer journeys, passengers request rides, and drivers choose whom to accept. Matching considers routes and detours. My Rides retains accepted journeys, with limited disclosure and no participant payments.
Drivers start the ride. Passengers scan its QR code or use the lower-tier online backup. Evidence levels are retained, with fallback transport agreed for the programme.
Commute captures the date, mode, distance and journey details for processing.
Impact shows activity, recognition points and comparison with the normal commute. Points remain separate from carbon accounting.
Profile retains workplace connections and commute settings for organisational reporting.
Processed activity enters your Corporate Portal. This illustrative quarterly example spans three countries and one hundred sites.
Inventory shows gross commuting emissions within the reporting boundary, calculated from recorded activity and applicable factors.
Comparative emissions show the difference against the selected baseline. They remain separate from inventory and never reduce it.
Participation and mode mix show who contributes to the evidence and how they travel.
Read both trends alongside activity, participation and the agreed comparison to understand what changed during the reporting period.
Compare countries, then sites, while retaining each location’s factors, participation and reporting context.
Intervention views cover shared journeys and peak compression, including occupancy and travel-timing outcomes where recorded. Baselines, factor versions, participation and reporting periods stay attached.
Data Quality distinguishes verification tiers, flags exceptions and shows recorded control status. It retains the source and method behind each result.
Supporting records include daily time series, factors, baseline disclosures, verification, reconciliation and file integrity.
Download the CSV Summary for analysis. Request the Audit Pack ZIP for the supporting evidence needed to review and explain results.
AWS validates scope and records, resolves ride outcomes, retains evidence, applies the method and prepares reconciled reporting.
Calculations use distance, emissions factors and relevant occupancy. Country, mode, factor sources, units and versions remain traceable as results aggregate from journeys to sites and organisations.
A consistent calculation does not verify a journey. Verification and reconciliation answer different questions.
Survey response, workforce coverage and journey participation remain distinct. Cohort response rates must not be presented as whole-workforce coverage.
Scope Three Category Seven inventory and avoided comparisons remain separate. Avoided emissions are not offsets or credits.
After twelve weeks, review what operated, what changed and what remains uncertain. Decide whether to continue, adjust, expand or stop.
The twelve-month Annual Evidence Core maintains the evidence cycle, with agreed subscription scope, review cadence and recurring deliverables.
You gain clearer investment priorities, controlled delivery and a record that explains your decisions.
Commission your Baseline and Readiness engagement. Agree the scope to support your next investment decision. Measure commuting. Govern intervention. Prove the result.
